Stop and Notice

I am sitting at Mountain Lake in the East Mountian section of Scranton for my lunchtime freedom. The natural world is so intrinsically beautiful and calming to the soul. I  am being serenaded by bull frogs and children laughing. Everyone in this chorus finds their spot to just be.

I have been visiting this spot since high school to ice skate, but I lost touch with this magical area until I started working nearby 3 years ago. Season after season, I find inspiration for my words and photography.

She has appeared on the local talk show PA Live, The B Inspired podcast Eat the Storms Podcast and several stage appearances.
