My lilac heart has melted,
trying to catch my breath.
For I run from one test to the next,trying to stay strong for my girl.
A mother must be brave and unwavering.
Bottle up every hurting emotion.
I paint and write to show no fear,
not giving myself any grace time.
For this battle is too fierce to let my lilac blossoms fade.

I have not posted on my WordPress site in two months, nor I have participated in the bi-weekly prompts. I am having a difficult time with my daughter Amanda ‘s chronic illnesses due to complications from the Covid vaccine. My iPad bleeped just as I was just switching off my device and bedside lamp for the night. 11:30 pm here. I’m glad I caught this.
I had noticed your absence Mary Anne but I assumed you were busy and having one of your breaks. I’m sorry to hear of your daughter’s illness caused by the vaccination. I have long Covid, and although much improved of late I can sympathise with her symptoms, especially the fatigue. I hope she gets well soon and I hope you manage to have a little respite too. 🙂

It has been very hard since May with Amanda. Thank you for your kind words. It really means a lot to me. I get the emails for the prompts, but there are days I just can’t. I remember you saying you have long Covid. It pray for you also, this is such an uphill battle. I am grateful that we have met on WordPress it is such a wonderful, kind, and creative group of people. I am so sorry to hear about your daughter’s chronic illnesses following the Covid vaccine Mary Anne. I don’t know whether you’re already working with a nutritionist to support Amanda. The Covid vaccine can disturb the methylation process and once this is out of balance, it can lead to chronic illness and needs extra nutritional support and possible supplements, to get back on track. Another thing that might be helpful is hyperbaric oxygen therapy, usually offered via charitable organisations. Sending healing thoughts and prayers to you both 💕💜💕

Good Morning and thank you for comments it really means a lot to me. Amanda has a medical team which includes a nutritional therapy doctor. Amanda had to completely change her diet along with supplements. I will look in the hyperbaric oxygen as another part of her therapies for this situation. Have a great day 💛
