Yes, they are. A retired businessman is funding projects for the arts in our area. He saw this in Portugal last summer, and he figured out how installed around the court

He gave me some inspiration to do something on a much smaller scale in our memorial garden. Just waiting for a delivery of the items. I will post photos next week. Sue, have a blessed Easter to you and your family
