Not heeding the advice of a wise veteran.
“My dear your health is your wealth.”
Running here, there, and yet sometimes to nowhere.
Family responsibilities.
More than I can sometimes fathom.
Going to work.
Going to home.
Trying to create.
Trying to carve out with my love.
Trying to breathe.
Oh, but this morning screamed out like no other.
A warning.
A wake up call.
Stop!!!
Pain and exhaustion is ruling today.
Thoughts racing through my head.
Enough, no selfishness here.
If I don’t make the time to be healed.
I will become lost.
Lost past the warning signs.
Which is truly frightening.
