Today is Veterans Day and I decided to be a traveler in my own area. It took three hours in the cold biting morning wind and wanting to somewhat understand what it meant to be uncomfortable. To walk through neighborhoods that I am not familiar with. No need for earbuds and jamming to music. I wanted to hear the silence of the day. I wanted to walk through cemeteries in honor of our fallen military. To touch the fabric of the American flag and to feel it’s silence waving in the November wind. I just wanted to travel today. To experience the gift of freedom that has been given to me by all Veterans. Thank you for serving our country!!
How Lovely, Mary Anne.

It was an emotional day yesterday. Thinking about our veterans who lost their lives to so many wars.
Have a great week.
