A very moving poem Mary.

Thank you. It is based on a recent newspaper article, of a Montana couple forced to see their home. Due to rising houses costs and inflation in general. The photograph attached to the article showed the man along side of his truck with his bull dog in the front seat. This just broke my heart.

It’s so tragic

Yes, it is. In a country where there is much money being wasted on nonsense and there is so much wealth. This should not be happening to anyone who is in need. I am grateful, though, for charitable organizations and citizens who try to help those in need all year long. Sorry if I stand my soap box over this issue. But the divide between the uber rich and the marginalized is getting worse. Sadje, thank you for listening. Have a wonderful Sunday.

I share your feelings. I’ve seen so many homeless people in Seattle, which has a very high percentage of wealth and wealthy people living there.
